Y3 have practised their colours and have learned to express an opinion – we looked at the famous picture by Henri Matisse – L’escargot and learned how to say whether we liked or disliked it. Y4 were very excited to receive a parcel from our French eTwinning partners – they sent some sweets from their region and a lovely handmade card for everyone !

We learned about opinions and how to give a reason – we learned to use parce que, and had to remember lots of rules about masculine / feminine nouns and whether they were singular or plural – tricky stuff – and you did it brilliantly
