In Year 4 we practised using bilingual dictionaries and revised animal names. We played a game called “sound to noun” in 3s… One person made an animal sound & the other 2 competed to name the correct animal in French.
In Y3 we learned how to ask how some one is feeling (Ça va?) and to reply with Ça va!, Ça va bien, Ça va très bien, comme-ci, comme-ça, Ça va mal and Ça ne va pas.
In Y5 and Y6 we made menus for the French café! We practiced the vocabulary for food, then used Pic-collage to make our menus. It sounds delicious – Miam Miam, I can’t wait!
